High Safety,Non-contact remote sensing with intrinsically safe design;
Highly selective measurements specifically target methane gas without false readings;
Very fast response (ms), Real-time capture of gas changes;
High stability With full temperature compensation.
SLTD-CH4-50 is a long distance methane (CH4) gas sensor,developed independently by Shanghai Sangbay Sensor Technology Co., Ltd. The sensor is based on Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS) technology. It can detect methane gas at distance of up to 50m with a resolution of 5ppm.m. When CH4 gas has a leakage in a remote area, the transmitter emits a laser beam toward a distant reflector in the monitoring area.As the laser beam passes through the leakage point in the area, the receiver captures the reflected light, which serves as the feedback signal for processing and concentrotion calculation.
