S4-HFTsensor is a constant potential electrolytic sensor. The hydrogen fluoride and oxygen will undergo the corresponding redox reaction on the working electrode and the counter electrode respectively and release the charge to form a current. The current generated is proportional to the concentration of hydrogen fluoride. The concentration of hydrogen fluoride can be determined by measuring the current.
