The H4O2 oxygen sensor is a galvanic fuel cell sensor. It uses the reduction reaction of oxygen on the working electrode and the corresponding oxidation reaction of the anode material to generate current. Since the current by is proportional to the oxygen permeated through the capillary and thin film, the oxygen concentration can be obtained by measuring this current.
